VBA to save as ".xlsb" failed

I'm getting an error in my code when trying to save as my worksheeet as ".xlsb", I'm using the below code

The error was:

" This extension can be used with the selected file type. Change the file extension in the File name text box or select a different file type by changing the Save as type. "

assuming that the path and the variables are correctly filled with values:

I would expect to see the specification of the drive prior to the path of the folder...
