Automatically adding rows to a spreadsheet possible macro ?

I have a list of 300 names I am creating a spreadsheet where for each name I need to inser an additional 7 rows (these are detailing certain attributes for each name.

Is ther an automatic way or Macro that anyoneknows that will stop me from manually inserting 7 rows beneath each name ?

    Thanks in advance

    Ted

Assuming that your list starts in A1, put this in first row of another column and copy down.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Re: Automatically adding rows to a spreadsheet possible macro ?

I have now amended the formula removing the semi colon between $a:$a and Row and added a nother ) to the end. The formula now works but returns #VALUE in B1 followed by FALSE for 6 rows then #VALUE again ?

    Any thoughts

    Thanks
