Need VBA code to list data

I have a workbook that lists groups of departments in a worksheet. These groups have labor hours associated and I mark each group with an "X" if I need to see more detail. I am looking for code that will recognize each group I placed an "X" by and list names & hours related to the group that is on a different worksheet (export) in the same workbook.
I attached a workbook to show what I am working with.
