insert sheets 2 & 3 and copy & paste data from the first sheet

Hi Guys,

I need to insert Sheet2 & Sheet3 copy the rows that are in 100012_product_info from export_products to Sheet2 & Sheet3 (see attachment)
so if there are 285 rows of data in 100012_product_info then 285 rows to be copied

I´m not so happy about giving explicit names to sheets in code without further control, you would need t omake sure that if these sheets exist they would be cleared before copied into or deleted.
