Extracting table from webpage

Hi Folks,

I am struggling with extraction of the table from "http://www.nseindia.com/live_market/dynaContent/live_watch/equities_stock_watch.htm" using VBA.

Need help for this task as the source code seems to be complicated for somebody like me who is new to html.

Sorry for pushing like this but its a little urgent.
