Macro to delete columns and place a formula

Hello,

I receive an excel spreadsheet daily with information that I have to reformat to do a mail merge in word every day. This is done in the exact same manner every day. Can a macro be wrote and assigned a hot key (like you do in word) perform the reformatting? I simply delete a few columns and and a few with two formulas in the new columns. It is very repetitive.

I prefer to use excel and word 2003 but have newer versions also.

Sheet 1 is what I get. Sheet 2 is how I reformat it. I usually have about 25 worksheets in the file I get daily.
