I receive an excel spreadsheet daily with information that I have to reformat to do a mail merge in word every day. This is done in the exact same manner every day. Can a macro be wrote and assigned a hot key (like you do in word) perform the reformatting? I simply delete a few columns and and a few with two formulas in the new columns. It is very repetitive.
I prefer to use excel and word 2003 but have newer versions also.
