Converting vba code in Excel XP to make it work in Excel 2010

Hi All

I have developed the whole project using Excel xp as a frontend and Access xp as a backend. The project works perfectly fine but there is a upgrade going on in the company and Microsoft office XP is getting replaced Microsoft office 2010. So now what changes do I need to make in my project to make it working on MS Office 2010.

ANy suggestions would be much appreciated.

The following code works fine in XP and prints off the word document letters but it doesn't print off the word document in 2010.
