Macro which update the data by comapring values between 2 sheets and change the cell color

Hello Guys,

I need help in creating a Macro which do the below steps in between 2 attached files:

1. In Macro we need to update the data of blank cells of Column G of “Sample1” file from “Sample2” file basis of Column A (Contract No.) value.

2. In “Sample1” file, Macro should change the cell color of Column A automatically against only of those cells of Column G which has been got updated through Macro from “Sample2” file.

Please refer the example in “Sample1” file how the data should be look after running the macro.

Please let me know if need any more clarification.

Many thanks for reply. Your providing solution is doing exact what i want.

Just having one query that, is there any way that macro can identify the range for using Vlookup automatically. The Columns place will be fixed but data in rows do very time to time for ex: currently on sheet which i am working is having 15000 rows and will get 16000 by next month.
