Need macro for idetifying duplicate data

Hi,
I have data in sheet1 with more number of columns.I need to identify the duplicate data in sheet based on column.that means I need to check the duplicates like some times based on column A .some times based on column A and column C.like every time combination of columns will change.

This macro not solved.but it is showing as solved
