Compare & update unique data between 2 files based on selcted year (through input msgbox)

Hello Guys,

I need help in creating a Macro which will be able to perform below requirements of data comparison and update in between 2 files (sample files are attached):

Requirements:

1. In Sample2 file Macro would generate an Input Box to prompt user to enter the “Year” of which he wants to compare and update the data in between both files. Column B is containing the years.

2. After providing the “Year” value the Macro should compare the data between both files for that particular year. If any unique value found in Column D of Sample2 file then data of Column A, B, C, D and G of that particular row should be get copied 3 times in Smaple1 file Column A, C, D, E and F without overwriting any previous entry.
