I am using the current page in a report. It is working fine for now but, one of the issues is sending the file through email. When 4 photos are inserted in the frame, they shrink to fit the frame. Is there a way to have the VBA to resize them to make the file size smaller.

No one? The photos don't necessarily need to fit a frame, it can fit to merged cells if that helps.
with UserPicture you have to resize photos before importing
with AddPicture method you can import image, resize it, then place in position
