Macro to unhighlight the colored cells based on Activities and Department names

Hello Guys,

I am having a very complex requirement and need experts help on it.

There are different activities name mentioned in Column B and the departments, mentioned in Column C to J, who is reponsible against that activity are having grey coloured cells.

Now there are some changes in the responsibility of the departments against activities (mentioned in Column B)

I need help in creating a Macro which allows me to Unhighlight only the colored cells as per activities against departments mentioned in Column C to J.

The sample file has been attached for your reference.

Hi,
I am missing the trigger. As I undestood, every activity has responsible dep. and this will be marked by grey background colour in respective department column. You want to change the responsible dep., but where you put/record new responsible dept.?
