Macro to insert rows and fill it with info from above

Hi everyone,
this is my first post here so please take me easy.

I have a file with hundreds of rows and I need to take the information inside and put it into a very different form (see the file attached). Basically I need to insert 6 rows before every existing row and all the info from the original row to put it into only 1 cell in the new row. For which a macro should be helpful put I don't have enough experience to write it.

If anyone has any idea it would be greatly appreciated.
