Need your help on this !!!
I would like to copy the selected columns and the filtered data to be coplied into a new sheet.
let me explain in detail, i have attached my "working sheet".
1. In the attached "working sheet" : i have the complete data contains 10 columns (sheet name: "Details") which i copy from a different source manualy.
2. i want to copy the selected columns data by having some data level filter and copy the data in to a new sheet
A. Following are the selected 8 columns data to be copied in a new sheet:
ITEM#
ITEM TRACK
ITEM DESCRIPTION
PLAN DETAILS
ITEM READY FOR ST
ITEM READY FOR GO LIVE DATE
ITEM CURRENT DETAILS STATUS
REMARKS
B. while copying the above 8 columns details into a new sheet , following are the filters i have to apply:
ITEM TRACK column -- Do not consider "INTERNAL"
PLAN DETAILS column -- Consider only (Baselin , Actual , Plan)
ITEM CURRENT DETAILS STATUS column -- Do not consider "06.Cancelled Request"
3. The resulted data i have copied into a new sheet "Filter Data" .
Can you please help me in automating this activity, as my data set is huge and i always do this manually. would help if you can use macro and get this automated.
