    Arrow Auto Insert Pic and Resize

    Dear All,

    Need your help...

    I want to Insert Pics from a folder to a cell (D2, D3,...) based on the cell value (C2, C3,...) and resize the file within the row height & column width...

    File Path: D:\New
    Cell Value, if Entered in C2; Pic to be intesrted in: D2 (pic to be auto-resized)...
