Adding a value to a column based on filter results

Hi, In the attached sample file I'm looking for a bit of code that will highlight all the duplicate values in Col I (product_no) using conditional filter. Then to filter all the 'new' products in Col H and the 'no fill' cells in Col I so that your left with new products that don't have a duplicate. Then i need to add a zero (0) to the 'visibility' col AR for all those products.

I probably should mention that the file this code is intended will fluctuate between 350 and 600 products on a daily basis.

I hope my explanation is OK and many thx for any help received.
