Want auto-gen number in template workbook to stop working when saved to normal workbook

I have a Template Workbook I've create to produce Orders. This Workbook automatically generates a Order Number when opened. I also have a "Save" button which saves the Workbook as a normal format so it can be modified if necessary. The issue is when I save as normal none of the code works, DA! Thing is I need the save routine to continue working but, the auto-gen number routine to stop working. Not sure if this makes any sense so, I've attached my Workbook. Thank you for any help on this.
