Need loop procedure to properly apply dependent validation rules

Hello -

I need a loop procedure to constantly check a value in one cell which drives the valid values allowed in three other cells. Attached is a sample workbook which illustrates my need and the allowable valid values.

By the way, I love this forum. As a community and as individuals you guys really help me better understand VBA. Absolutely fantastic!

It is confusing with your bar in row 2. I can't tell if you want column B or column D (the actual column). Either way I am sure you can figure out how to amend the range if necessary:
