Fill Blank Cells in a Column with Formula

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate some assistance on this.

Please see attached.

In Sheet 1, there is a DESCRIPTION column. Sometimes there are blanks. I am in need of a macro that automatically fills these blanks with what is in the ITEM column.

So for example, cell c5 should equal cell a5. The desired result is in the Result sheet.

One of the problems is that DESCRIPTION (and the other headings) is not fixed. So it won't always be in column C or start in row 4.

ITEM will always be in column A but its row could be something other than row 4.

But ITEM and DESCRIPTION will always be on the same row.


I hope I made sense. Any help would be much appreciated.
