force entry in adjacent cells

I have a tab which generates the data to all my other tabs. i want to force the user to enter an entry in columns C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N, and O if there is an entry in column B for all rows that column B contatins data. please advise as to how this may be done. I have attached the file. In the tab titled Daily Data entry if there is an entry in Repair Order I want to force an entry in ASM Number, Tech Number, MPI Performed, ASR Request, ASR Hours Requested, ASR Hours Sold, # of prime items requested, # of prime items sold, One Line RO, (M) Hours, (R) HOurs, (T) Hours, and Avg. Mileage. Let me know the code and also if possible try o add it to my file to test if it works for you.

I'd suggest using a User Form for the Data Entry. The User Form would then update Daily Data Entry Sheet. The update would be allowed only if all Fields of the User Form were completed.

It might not be what you want but it should give you a few ideas.
