Using the attached Work Schedule SCHEDULE TEST APRIL 2014.xlsmSCHEDULE TEST APRIL 2014.xlsm I would like to have a ComboBox in the Area of Cells H3 or I3 on the "Master" tab that would use the =CrewList on the 2nd tab "CrewList" tab.

If possible for the Combobox to say "Select Crew" before any choices are selected and then when a selection is made ie: "SUP 1" then all the SUP 1 would highlight in bold to stand out without messing around with the other conditional formatting on the sheet.

Also for there to be an option to reset the highlighting back to normal quickly when highlighting is not needed anymore.

I tried doing this with a Dropdown list using data validation but I had a problem with the font being really small and almost unreadable because I need the zoom on the worksheet at about 80%.

The reason I need this is for my boss to be able to quickly see which crews went out on what day very easily. Is a ComboBox the thing im looking for or is there a better suggestion.

Using the find option in excel is too complicated for the boss. I need it to be simple and efficient.
