I need help writing VBA in Excel.

As you see in attached image below... each customer is divided up.. I need to sum up Column "M" for each customer.

So, if Column "A" = "Total for Account" then.. go over to right 12 times (to column M) then sum up the total above... and loop through all the way down. Any help is appreciated.
