Query Table --> Slow Opening

Ever since a couple revisions ago, my excel spreadsheet has taken a long time to load (about 15-20 seconds).
I narrowed it down to one sheet - my main sheet.
If i select all and hit the 'delete' button, this window pops up. If i click okay, and save the sheet, it opens up within like 2 seconds - what it should be.

If i just try deleting each section of data rather than selecting all and deleting, this window doesn't pop up and it will still take me a long time to open the sheet.

Where did this "query table" come from and what should/can i do to avoid it to open my sheet up fast?
