Skip all empty cells (2 or more) using GET NEXT data command on a column

A fellow in this forum supplied this codes
It searches from column B Row 10 and loads the data into userform for further entry or editing

It works perfectly if there is a single empty cell in-between data on the Column B.
It lost the search when there are two or more empty cells in-between data on the Column B

Is there any way to continue the search with the GET NEXT data button skipping empty cells in-between?

    Thanks
