user form to fill in data into specific cells

    Hi,

I have this template for printing info onto round 10mm stickers. The alignment and all has been done. What I hope to do next is to have a user form that can help input data into this template.

The info that will be printed onto the stickers are as follows:
first row - a string of numbers not exceeding 4 characters eg: 1234
second row - a string of numbers not exceeding 10 characters including spaces eg: 001 - 20uL
third row - a string of characters not exceeding 4 characters eg: RSID

All these info to be fitted into 1 cell with font size 5.
Please refer to attached workbook for clearer picture.
User form has been created, I would need help in coding the form to work.

Hi Naveed, thank you for helping. More details for you on how it would work:
if you look at the second worksheet in the file, you will see some info that I have inputted.
Basically, the info that will change constantly is the AAAA, which represents the strings of numbers, and the 001, 002 etc following after.
The constant info will be 20uL RSID, 5uL RSID, 5uL PSA, 1uL PSA.

    Hope this info is helpful
