Daily Budget File: I'm looking for a non-macro solution (for mobile use)

Hello. I created a file to track my daily spendings. However it's dependent on a macro and as a consequence I can't use it on my Android phone.

Quickly explained, you have to enter for each spending:
- Amount
- Name of Vendor
- Choose spending category from an ActiveX dropdown (not working on mobile use)
- What exactly was bought

After that I press on a button ("NEUE ZEILE") with a macro underlaid, which basically puts the current date on another cell and then automatically inserts another cell on top.

The best is probably you just try it out, its quite intuitive.

My problem however is due to the Dropdown & Macro I can't use it on my mobile phone. However it would be a lot better if I could, as it's a bit annoying to enter all the spendings at the end of the day on my laptop.

If anybody has an idea how I could handle it, I would be so glad

I would recommend perhaps using a notepad on your phone to write your expenses in free hand, but in a standard format.

5.00, Starbucks, Food
4.00, Chevron, Gas
137.00, Comfort Inn, Lodging

Simple as this is, it can be saved as a CSV file and emailed. It's blindingly simple to import CSV files into Excel at the end of the week.

Thanks, but that's kind of similiar to what I am currently already doing.

I would really like to solve it immediately in Excel, if possible. I also have a formula dependent on my daily spendings which tells me how much I can still spend during the day. (this can vary due to several factors each day)

well, there are number of wonderful free apps in the play store, which will be much more convenient to use, instead of using excel for tracking daily expenses. they offer export, graphs and a bunch of other useful functionality.
