IF & Then Function rule Question

Hi all,

I have a quick question that I am hopeful someone here can help me with. I want to do this to 100's of rows:

Column A: 12345
Column B (on another excel sheet): 12345
Column C: $50
Column D: desired value here

I want to find value of column A in column B, and if column B has that same value, then insert Column C value to Column D. Is this possible?

If I understand you correctly, you need to use the VLOOKUP() function for this.
