Macro to update Score Card Summary when the new staff add-in or existing staff deleted

Hi,

Can anyone help me to give an idea?

I have 2 workbooks which are "Score card summary" and "Working Data" to be run on a monthly basis. Once the user press update button, Score in the working data will be auto populated into score card summary.

I have created VBA code with specified range for that particular staffs. My problem is if the existing staff resigned, its data will be deleted, thus the specified row will be moved. The same thing will happen if the new staff join, the new data will be add-in.

Thus, when the user press update button, the data will be wrongly populated. I want a macro to be able to update regardless changes made in the row data

The program looks at all the worksheets, how ever many there are.

Did you want the program to make new rows on the Score Card??
