To Check Duplicates

Hi

How to know the Duplicates when comparing two columns, and the duplicates cells need to be highligted.

Example: Column A and Column G, the column A contains Name " Spence" and Coulmn G contains "Spence". so, both are duplicates.

Thanks for your reply. But i am going to compare several rows like A|C|D in these rows the duplicates needs to be highlighted.

Yup and the links provided will tell you how to do that. You can conditional format on 1 column or multiple.
