Workbook events not working correctly.

For some reason the workbook events only appear to work once per session. For example when I first open a workbook the events work just fine, but if I Close the workbook then later reopen it then the workbook events are disabled. I can only get them to work again if I quit and restart excel before opening the workbook a second time. This is my Workbook code:

Include "Application.EnableEvents = True" statement before each Exit Sub in your code to see if the issue resolves.
