How to save an attachment to access database using vba code

Hi-

I'm working on file from excel save to acess database. There is an attachment included. I don't know the code be used to save the attachment to database. I been searching the net , the only code i've seen was this --- > Recordset.Fields("FileData").LoadFromFile(<filename>) . Can any one help me.. TIA!
