    Create DataValidation List with two cell condition

    I have a data input table.
    If there is an input data in D or E columns, I want to create a Data Validation (List) at A column.
    Data validation depending D or E column input. And will be Data Validation List 1 or Data Validation List 2.

    Attached table explained all detail and what is wanted.

    Try this in a DV rule - List....
    =IF(E2="",INPUT,OUTPUT)
