Select from One word to another

    Select from One word to another

    My current code is below and works, but I need to change it some. I dont want to select for one value to another, I need to select all "YDF" in column E. (They will all be right after each other)

    Maybe something like:
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    Which will find the first and last occurence of "YDF", therefore it assumes that there will be no other occurences in the rest of the column.
