ComboBox + Vlookup ?

Hello,

I am working on a edit type of Macro in Excel 2010.

I want to have the Macro use 2 criteria's to lookup a Collum in a worksheet then a user input a date to upade cell range e2:e80 .

The Commandbutton will used a combobox to filter the already advacned filtered information.

after the user hits the command i want it to show on a listbox. and the ability to update a date based off the filter + lookup

I am asking for help on how to make the lookup based off the combobox selection.
