Exclamation Hide Rows if the cell in a certain column is blank or zero

Is there are macro i can use to auto hide entire rows that don't contain a value or zero in the last column? so i need to select the cells that will be active for this macro

So from Cell Q20 to Q140 hide the entire row that does not contain a value or has a value of zero?

    Thank you for the reply!

Sorry to be a complete noob, but macros are a little over my head.

So what information do i need to put into this code?

Would it be easier for me to attach a workbook?

    Again sorry for being noob!

If it is easier here is an example workbook.

    Thank you.
