Very long time to calculate the VBA

Hello,
Please help to optimize the excel attached.
When i insert a Date in column A from Sheet IESIRI, there is a VBA that launch a sort and Unique, and put the result in column E from sheet Sheet1.

There is a lot of CPU consuming and I dont know why, and what trigger this.
Please help optimizing.

Also please look that Sheet1!E is connected to other cells in IESIRI.
