Email contacts automatically

Is it possible to have a VBA that will email a contact list every 90 days?

In the attached example there are 4 columns (Recipient, Email, Comment, and Email Date). Can an automatic email be sent to the email address in the below format:

Dear [Recipient],

The status of the application is [Comment]

Thank you,

Review Board

and in the Email Date the current date is filled in? Thank you.
