    Refining Price Lists

    Hello,

I am looking to refine our company price listing and would like it to be slightly more sophisticated.

At present, we have a number of departments which each offer different services. The way the report is currently used is via data validation where selections are made on the basis of what is available.

What I would like is the functionality to be able to narrow onto certain services within the dropdown fields.

For example, for an electrical store, the options would be, for instance cameras, TV's and microwaves, if i clicked on TV's, I would expect the next dropdown to contain TV's only and none of the camera or microwaves.

I am not sure if this falls under the scope of VBA (people I have spoken to believe that this may be the case but they too are unsure), or if this is an advanced option within the data validation function that I am unaware of.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanking you in advance.
    Justin
