pop up copy insert down

Hello,

I need to create somehow a macro that would generate a POP up asking the "type number". I need that reference to be copied to the cell B8.

I created a concatenate formula in B11 to have the correct naming convention I need. But I would also need the macro to copy the paste the cell B11 into B14.

And finally to insert that copied cell below the "history" cell in A16.

I recorded a macro but I do not know how to have the pop up and maybe to have the macro enhanced:

B11 isn't really used.
