How to modify that code?

Hello I have the following code:

So that code calls a calendar whenever user is clicking onto any cell that belongs to column H, I and J.
How I can alter the code so date picker to pop up only when user clicks onto column H and J?
How the code can be modified so the date picker to be applied to a range (for example H2:H99 and J2:J99)?
