How to Send mail based on the values in a particular cell

Hi Everyone,

I am building a macro which is supposed to do the following things.

Step 1. It should open a excel sheet from a specified path. (Already done)

Step 2. It should apply filter for specified column. (Already done)

Step 3. Now the third step is after applying the filter in a column (here the column H in the attached sheet consists of three values. a. approved, b. Change Required, c. Pending. and I am filtering the value "Pending") it should take the mail address from the column F and send a mail to that address. And then It should move on to the next row with the "Pending" value and take the mail address and send out mail in the same manner. This process should repeat until all the rows with value "Pending" are covered.

Can some one help me in doing this.

So far I have completed till step 2 only. I don't know how to handle step 3.
