Macro to Move Rows to New Worksheets Based on Criteria & Then HIDE & Move Back

I have searched this website several times and tried to bridge macros to get the result I'm looking for but I cannot figure this out! Here's what I want to accomplish:

I have a worksheet with all projects as the first worksheet and I want to move the rows to a new worksheet based on a column, have the ability to move them back, and hide (not delete) them once moved. So, in column C, there is a status for each project such as Complete, Hold, & Active - Working.

Based on the entry in column C, I want to move items marked Complete to a tab called "Closed Projects", Hold to "Review", Active - Working to "Tests". HOWEVER, I do not want any rows deleted from the all projects sheet. I want a row to be hidden if it is complete and just remain visible on the all projects sheet if it has any other status. Also, if there is a way for the project to become unhidden on the all projects sheet if it is changed from complete.

Is this possible? Please help! Worksheet attached.

John H. Davis - You are fantastic! Thank you so much for your help. It worked perfectly!!

One more question since you solved my problem, is there any way to move the complete items to the bottom of the active sheet rather than hide them? If not, you've still been a great help and thank you again!
