Match Criteria In Column And Delete Different

Hello,

I have a sheet that has the Master Information highlighted in yellow. I'm looking for a way to take the first Cell located in Yellow in Column C and make that the Primary Key for the beginning of this macro. What it will do is check all the non-colored cells located below it to see if it has any variations of the first 3 Characters "Joh". So for the first example on Sheet2 it shows that only two of the 3 rows are left. Once the program gets to another yellow cell in Column C it will then restart the program and make the new yellow cell the Primary Key. Does anybody know how to do this or have any ideas.
