Problem with macro that needs to find and highlight rows based on searching cells

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help me with what should be a simple macro. I want it to look in a column for the search terms listed and highlight those that contain it (if you can tell me how to include partial matches too that'd be great).

However it doesn't pick up the search terms despite the fact I know they're in the spreadsheet, weirdly if I enter one not in the list to it that is in there it highlights it, could it be because I put that first and I've somehow written a macro for a single search term and tried to track multiple terms? (I'm a complete novice if it isn't evident!)

You need to loop through the array.
