extract time stamp from link

Hi,

Below is the code to extract address and time form a cell that is hyperlinked to a workbook. My issue is that when running the Marco i get the error of “path not found" but when clicking the path it does work. Can anyone help me sort this issue out?

when debuging this is the code that is highlighted.
HL.Range.Offset(0, 1).Value = FileDateTime(HL.Range.Offset(0, 1).Value)
