Set Data Validation Default Values

Good afternoon! I've looked through the forum, and have seen several requests for data validation defaults, but not related to cells that need to repopulate to defaults based on an action. I'm attaching my worksheet to get an understanding of what I'm trying to accomplish.

Basically, any time a new employee name is selected, I want default review begin and end dates populated to the data validation cells so that the dates don't have to be manually selected every time a new employee is reviewed.
