i have a userform containing around 60 textboxes and 10 dropboxes. when a user enters a value in the text box or dropbox i want the box to be grayed and locked so that no other user can make changes in the drop box. Can anyone help with a vba code for this ?

@fortis thank you for your help. Here, the text-box gets locked immediately after i enter the value. I want the user to enter the value and only after the file is saved or submitted the text-box should be greyed out. The purpose of this is that there are multiple fields which are to be filled by different users. So i do not the entry made by one user to be changed by another. Also I am new to VBA programming so please tell me is there any better way to do it.
