URGENT!!! Date picker -how to insert error msg when date1<date2

Dear friends,
I have the following code:

as a result when someone clicks in range H4:H100,J4:J100 calendar pops up and user is able to pick a date.
How I can change the code in way so when in a cell Jx a user chooses a date that is smaller than the date in column Hx to get a warning "date must be bigger than date xxxx"
