IF value is >0 then move cell range one cell to left

Hello forum!

I need a vba formula that would do like this

Search in kolumn "I" for value larger than "0" (>0), if true on I2 then move cell range F2:I2 one cell to the left so you have the value in E2:H2, continue to next etc.

The problem is that I have some rows of data that is "offset" by one cell to the right so I need them to get in order with the rest.
Perhaps there is another way around it that is better than I am looking for. Cell E is always empty when there is an offset of data so if this empty cell can be removed is a better solution...
