Export Columns to separate Text files

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and after a little help. i have attached a sample for you to see what i am after.
I am after the following:
1. Export each column to a text file
2. Need the results from rows 2 - 30 in the text file.
3. Want it to save the files as row 1.

Any help would be great appreciated.
